Bhakti is Sanskrit for “integrated with love” or “devotion to one’s healing”.

Bhakti Massage, which is a combination of many techniques, focuses on a slow, gentle movement style that calms the nervous system, so that deep work can be achieved without pain.

It can be compared to Tai Chi’s free style dance movements in which the therapist’s sweeping movements flow to integrate the body’s systems and energy centers.

The body responds best by the relaxation of the nervous system; which in turn creates a balanced energy flow and a meditative state within the body.
