Our Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you respect our cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a
minimum of a 24-hour notice. If you need to cancel your appointment,
please call us at: 727.365.6690. If we are engaged in other services,
please leave a voice mail message.
In consideration of others, please keep in mind that "No-shows" or last
minute cancellations leave empty appointment times that ordinarily
would be filled.
Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments
will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
More than 24 hours notice |
Service will be cancelled at no charge |
Less than 24 hours notice |
50% of the service price will be charged |
Failure to show without notice or same day cancellations |
100% of the service price will be charged
